Electricity contract

As a mover, you need to make sure you get energy for your new home in good time before you move in. At the same time, remember to terminate the electrical contracts of your old apartment.

Moving notice

Make a statutory move to the Digital and Population Data Services Agency and change of address to the required locations.

The keys

The keys will be handed over from our office at Kaamostie 6, during office hours. Outside office hours, the keys can be handed over during a separately agreed service hours. It is advisable to agree in advance with the office staff on a more specific time for collecting the keys.

Smoke detector

The tenant has the obligation to purchase a fire alarm if there is no fire alarm in the apartment. You can find more detailed instructions on the fire alarm on the Residents page.

Home insurance

The landlord has full property insurance for their building. In the event of damage, the insurance does not cover damage to the resident’s property or damage caused by the property. We recommend taking out home insurance for the tenant’s own furniture, which will cover most of the sudden and unforeseen damage that occurs at home. The tenant is responsible for any damage caused by his own equipment.
